I’ve spent the last decade doing this work myself. Not just learning it—but applying it in my own life, relationships, and decisions, and over the past few years, I’ve worked with dozens of men navigating:

  • people-pleasing and lack of boundaries

  • loss of direction or purpose

This isn’t theoretical for me. It’s lived and it’s practiced.
